Once per day from April 1 to June 1, 2014, you can sign up for your chance to win a year-long paid rental contract from EZ Properties. The winner will be announced July 1, 2014.

How to enter

Wash. U. students can enter once per day from April 1 to June 1, 2014.

A winner will be announced on July 1, 2014. The winner will be notified by email.

To enter, one must be a full-time Wash. U. student for the 2014-2015 school year and have a valid Wash. U. email address.

Students must be eligible to live off campus for the 2014-2015 school year.

What you'll win

You'll win a one year paid rental contract for a one bedroom apartment from EZ Properties.

The apartment, located at 7100 Kingsbury Ave., is a short walk from campus and the Loop.

Tenant is still required to pay gas and electric bills.
