Rules:

Prize: Winner recieves a rental contract with E.Z. Properties, Inc., with one year already paid.
How to Enter: Beginning April 1 through June2, 2014, complete and submit the entry form following instructions.
Winner Selection:One winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entried received on June 15, 2014. Odds of winning will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.
Winner Notification: The winner will be notified via phone and wustl e-mail on July 1, 2014.
Entries: One entry per person per day. If you want to get an extra entry everyday, share the page with your friends on social media. Multiple entries from one person and e-mail is permitted. Entries become the property of E.Z. Properties and will not be returned. Sponsor is not responsible for late, incomplete or inaccurate entries.
Eligibility: Entries are open to current students in Washington University in St. Louis. Entrants must have a valid wustl e-mail address, and it is entrant's responsibility to update Sponsor of any change in e-mail address.
Terms and Conditions: Entrants agree to be bound by the terms of these rules and by the decision of the Sponsor. The winner may be required to follow the instructions in the winner announcement e-mail within 7 days following the winner announcement. Failure to comply with this deadline may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternative winner. Return of any prize/ prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternative winner.Winner hereby further agrees that he/she will sign any documents necessary to transfer copyright of the entry to Sponsor within 7 days following the date of first attempted notification.
