Why are we doing this?
Free rent for a year? That sounds suspicious. I know. It’s too good to be true! Or is it?For the past decade, E.Z. Properties has leased many apartments to residents of the St. Louis community and have received great reviews. Unfortunately, many of our apartment units were located far from Wash U campus, and therefore haven’t had the opportunity to provide ideal apartments for you.
However, we recently bought new properties that are located in the Clayton area as well as the Central West End area and would now like to expand our leases to students of the community. We are hoping this promotion would help us build a network with the Wash U students. Quality apartments for you.
